Unframed
Art Prints

Our prints are carefully rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes. We ship unframed prints worldwide.

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 3-7 days in order to prepare your prints.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

North America: 3-7 business days. 

Europe: 5-14 business days. 

Australia, New Zealand: 3-20+ business days. (Currently we are experiencing major delays with shipment in Australia and NZ due to extended lockdowns in Victoria and NSW. Please check your tracking page for updates)

Asia Pacific: 7-20 business days.

Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-20 business days. 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Your actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and where you are shipping to. 

Depending on your location, prints will be shipped from one of our printing partners in the USA, Spain, Australia, and Latvia. 

Note

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like: border restrictions due to COVID. Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions etc. High demand during holidays: prints ordered after December 5th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. 

Australia Only
Premium Framed Prints

All our premium framed prints ship directly from our workshop in Melbourne. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be produced. Then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location.

Shipping times to most major Australia metropolitan cities is less than 1 week.  Allow up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations. Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods eg Christmas. 

Currently we can only produce and ship framed prints within Australia.

Returns

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please note that each and every print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund.

Additionally, please double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect shipping details. 

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to support@peteryanstudio.com or via the chat. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you, and there’s no need to send back the original.

COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19, currently we don't ship to the following countries:

Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Shipping

Update: We are actively following the latest developments and news about the COVID-19 outbreak. While we continue to fulfil orders, fulfilment time will take longer than normal due to a reduced capacity at our print facilities in the USA and Europe.

Additionally, more countries are limiting passenger flights and some borders remain closed. While this doesn’t directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders.

As with our normal production schedule, each product is individually printed after you order it, so please allow 3-7 business days in order for us to produce your print.

North America: 5-10 business days. 

Europe: 5-14 business days. 

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-14 business days. 

Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days.

Yes Absolutely! We Ship Art Prints To More Than 100 Countries Worldwide.

Premium Framed Prints Only Available In Australia.

Unfortunately not. We must ship to physical addresses.

As an alternative, we’d be more than happy to arrange a delivery to your company or work address. 

Due to COVID-19, we have had to temporarily pause our express shipping worldwide until further notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns & Refund

Oh no! While we hope this never happens, we know that it may. So if the product has been damaged in shipping, please send us a photo verification of the damaged good to support@peteryanstudio.com.

We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. What’s more -  there’s no need to send the original shipment back.
