Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 2-5 days in order to prepare your prints.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Your actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and where you are shipping to.
Depending on your location, prints will be shipped from one of our printing partners in the USA, Spain, Australia, and Latvia.
While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like: border restrictions due to current international situations. Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions etc. High demand during holidays: prints ordered after December 5th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

All our premium framed prints ship directly from our workshop in Melbourne. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be produced. Then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location.
Shipping times to most major Australia metropolitan cities is less than 1 week. Allow up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations. Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods eg Christmas.
Currently we can only produce and ship framed prints within Australia.

As an alternative, we’d be more than happy to arrange a delivery to your company or work address.
Due to COVID-19, we have had to temporarily pause our express shipping worldwide until further notice. We appreciate your understanding.
If you notice your shipping address was incorrect after checkout, please contact us within 3 hours.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
If the parcel was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the recipient has yet to receive it, we won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
