"Two Surfers" is a limited production piece. All framed prints are available to ship within Australia. 

Please note: this piece was intended to be displayed as shown in the pictures (horizontally). All frames are professionally finished with metal hangers and wire, ready to hang. The hangers cannot be easily modified once installed. 

 

Our contemporary gallery-style frames, are a deep box profile measuring 2cm wide on the face and 3.7cm deep against the wall, with a 2mm shatterproof acrylic which provides you a more premium look and better protection than glass.

All frames are professionally finished with metal hangers and wire, ready to hang. Some framed prints have the option to choose either 'vertical' or 'landscape', please choose the style carefully as the hangers cannot be easily modified once installed.

Our solid wood frames are produced using only plantation grown, environmentally sustainable timber in either a smooth matte white, smooth matte black or a genuine Australian Victorian Ash/Oak. 

We only use the highest grade of durable acrylic glazing, engineered to offer the highest optical clarity, whilst being lightweight and safe to handle and hang without any risk of breaking. 

Please allow up to 5mm variance on dimensions as these frames are hand-made.

With frame:

Add an extra 2cm each side.

White border:

Choosing a white border option will make the image itself a little bit smaller (the actual print is the same size regardless of the white space), but may help provide an additional element of balance and proportion to the overall framed artwork, which may suit your aesthetic and style.

WA customers:

Due to damage to the rail and road network from flooding, Australia Post has declared an emergency event and has suspended eParcel deliveries to Western Australia. Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered. Read the update from AusPost.

Please Note: Premium framed prints can only be shipped within Australia.

All our premium framed prints ship directly from our workshop in Melbourne. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be produced. Then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location. 

Shipping times to most major Australia metropolitan cities is less than 1 week.  Allow up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations. Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods eg Christmas. 

NOTE:

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like:

Border restrictions due to COVID Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions High demand at the holidays (prints ordered after December 3rd are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. 

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, please let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please note that each print is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. 

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to support@peteryanstudio.com. We’ll gladly send a priority replacement at no cost to you, and there's no need to ship back the damaged prints. 

Please double-check that your shipping address as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.

Currently we can only produce and ship framed prints within Australia. Shipping framed items internationally from Australia is unfeasible and difficult for a number of reasons. Firstly, the costs are extremely high given the dimensions and size of framed items when they are packaged. Sometimes higher than the cost of the actual framed print. There are also challenges around quarantine (when shipping wooden frames) for many countries and complex rates of import taxes and duties (e.g.: VAT in the EU) which are different for every country. These fees are payable up front, depending on the retail sale value of the item as well.
